Francisco is a citizen of the U.S. and Spain. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. He and his wife Heidi have been married for over 32 years. They live in one of the historic districts in downtown Phoenix, where they like to spend their time giving back to the community: they are involved with several nonprofits, including Rotary International. They enjoy the outdoors, entertaining friends and rooting for the Packers.
