Due to the way Internet Explorer handles cookies some users may be presented with the error Please enter a valid 'Firm ID' when logging into Investigo. One of the following methods should help you to login and view your account(s) with Investigo:

Add Investigo.net as a Trusted Site
-> Tools
-> Internet Options
-> Security
-> Trusted Sites
-> Sites
-> Type in https://investigo.net to the first box
-> Click Add
You will be asked to confirm that you trust the site and will be able to login.
